Take that step... Join us

We're always looking for new members, both players, and officials.

Go on, give us a try. We may look scary but we're such a friendly team and have so much fun training and hanging out together.

Bouting action is females only we're afraid, but men are more than welcome to join our guys as referees.

Can't skate? No problem!

We'll teach you everything from standing up on skates, to scrimming skills and derby rules.
Most of us had never skated before joining either, so no need to feel embrassed. We've all been there.

skates

No skates? That's fine!

We can lend you the skates and safety gear you'll need to get started - with the exception of a mouth guard because that, quite frankly, is a little gross.

Where and when

We train Sundays 3:00-6:00, Park Sports centre, Wheatley and Thursdays 6:30-9:30 at John Mason School, Abingdon.
We can usually accomodate awkward work schedules, so do get in touch if you're worried about fitting derby around busy lives.

You don't have to play

If you don't wish to play or skate, there are still plenty of roles for you to get involved with and be part of the team. Referees and NSOs (non skating officials) are just as important as skaters.
